Ampverse Pixel launches to build portfolio of own gaming communities, create virtual gaming branded experiences

SINGAPORE – Ampverse Group, a prominent gaming company, has launched Pixel, a new division dedicated to building gaming communities and connecting global brands across Southeast Asia with leading entertainment platforms, including Roblox, Minecraft, and Grand Theft Auto.

Ampverse Group said Pixel will deliver digital experiences for gamers and drive brand-to-consumer connections inside gaming platforms. The company, founded by executives from Twitch, Universal Music, and Havas, said Pixel would enable brands to reach close to 200 million gamers across Southeast Asia and the Gulf States.

In Southeast Asia, Ampverse said Pixel would be available in Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines. The company has already partnered with hundreds of brands and game publishers to activate across gaming channels including influencers, esports partnerships, gaming events and gaming media buys. Its partners have included KFC, Nescafe, Redbull, Tencent., Razer, Chupa Chups, Burger King, Doritos, Samsung, Mastercard and Oppo.

Under the suite of Pixel products and services, Ampverse will create servers, mini-games, branded skins, digital products, immersive brand activations, enabling brands to target gamers spending time in virtual communities. The company said it would develop its own Ampverse virtual communities, and those for brands.

Baillie said that Grand Theft Auto VI, slated for release in September, is projected to be a major event, with forecasts estimating it will generate over US $3.2 billion in sales in its first year alone. As one of the most anticipated game releases of the decade, it represents an unparalleled opportunity for brands to engage with a massive global audience through innovative in-game activations and experiences.

Ampverse is active in the Gulf States and Southeast Asia, through its Pulse gaming marketing services business, and It recently launched a gaming media division, Pulse Media, aimed at providing brands with the opportunity to reach over 30,000 gaming creators’ channels and in-game inventory. The Pulse Media offering includes live stream integration, reserved ads, programmatic buying, immersive non-disruptive ads, and AI-driven campaigns.

The global games industry is predicted to increase by 4.6% in 2026 to $236.9 billion, and is expected to reach $280.1 billion in 2031 according to Midia research, and gaming platforms are emerging as critical touchpoints for brands seeking to reach diverse and engaged audiences.
